Overview of Extractions

The game doesn’t help you much when it comes to finding a way out. On the map screen, you can see a description of each location, along with how many people can extract there.

There are couple of things to note here:

• How much time is left on the extraction?
• Is the timer stopped?
• Is it a free or paid extraction?

The extraction timer shows how long anyone can use that exit if they have what’s needed. When the timer runs out, the extraction goes away. You’ll have to wait for it to come back or find another one.

If the timer is stopped, that means someone is there waiting or leaving. Watch out for other players near timed extractions. There are risks and rewards for using free extractions versus ones that need an item.

Some extractions are free, while others need a specific item. You have to find that item or bring it with you. Check the locations section to see what items you need for each extraction.
