Currently, the game does not support character data transfer between different servers. Instead, you can try tapping on your portrait > Settings > Characters > Create to choose a different kingdom to create a new character and enjoy the game.

How can I get alliance gifts?

You can obtain alliance gifts in the alliance interface by defeating tribes in the world of a certain level for the first time. You can also gain additional gifts during certain events by summoning tribes in the world.

What should I do if I can’t relocate?

If you encounter issues with relocation, please ensure you are using the correct type of relocation item. Alliance transfers can only occur within the alliance land, while designated transfers are limited to accessible areas.

How do I use the trebuchet?

Currently, trebuchets can only be operated by the alliance leader or officials. Once you have permission, tap and hold on the ground in the alliance land, select place > mechanical, and find the completed trebuchet to deploy it.

What should I do if the alliance leader is inactive?

Currently, if the alliance leader is offline for a certain period, the system will automatically initiate a leadership transfer. If a transfer has not yet been initiated in your alliance, it is likely that your alliance leader is still active.

Can city buff effects stack?

Currently, the buffs obtained after occupying a city will not stack if they are of the same type and level, and only one will take effect. You can view the specific rules by tapping on the details that pop up on the right after tapping the city.

How can I delete character on this server?

Currently, the game does not support the deletion of characters on specific servers. Please choose a server that suits your preferences.

What should I do if I accidentally make a mistake during gameplay?

To ensure a smooth gaming experience and safeguard your assets, we kindly remind you to proceed with caution during gameplay, as accidental actions may lead to irreversible losses.

Why do tasks in Alliance Glory remain the same after refreshing?

In the Alliance Glory event, the refresh button only affects the currently selected task. Other tasks will not be affected. After tapping refresh, you will not receive a task that’s exactly the same as the one before.

Why didn’t my points increase after using hero medals in The Mightiest Governor?

During The Mightiest Governor Hero Growth stage, only universal medals can earn points. Please pay attention to the item type before consuming.
