In this guide, we’ll talk about normal attacks.
Normal Attacks Overview
By kaity
We have said before that heroes take turns to perform actions, which includes normal attacks, however, the base damage of normal attacks that an army does is equal between its heroes.
This is because normal attacks scale off the “attack” of the army.
Generally speaking, if the army consists of 3 heroes that do might damage, then the normal attacks will do might damage, the same thing is said for strategy.
Normal attacks don’t directly scale off the hero attributes, but they scale indirectly since might and strategy increase might and strategy attack% respectively.
The damage rate of normal attacks is estimated to be 100% of attack%.
Although the normal attacks are supposed to be equal damage each turn, damage amplification skills that affect one hero and not all three will end up causing a difference, also the number of troops dropping will make the subsequent normal attacks deal less damage.
- In 1 v 1 battles, each army deals 1 normal attack per turn to each other this means each of them takes 100% of he normal damage per turn.
- In a swarm situation, for example, 2 v 1 situation, imagine A and B are fighting C.
- A and B will do 100% of their normal attacks to C.
But one of them will act as a “tank” or as the “target” or the closest in-game term to this is “spearhead”.
The tank (which we will assume is A in this scenario) will take 100% of the normal attack damage from C as if it’s 1 v 1.
- But B will take normal attack damage as well, but instead, B will take only 70% of the normal attack damage that C is supposed to do to B.
This is for it. See ya next time!
