Guide to Dual Strategy

Disclaimer

I think this strat with double gravity depends on the map. Single out a creep with the 2nd gravity to finish it with strong solo (like nature4 or buffed laser) works on longer maps, but not on short map (you dont really want gravity on a short path, to stack them for aoe you use other options).

The Strat

First

Slow the creeps. You can do it by building level 2 slow towers or by building nuclear towers. Obviously you also have to place some damage debuff towers if you have.

Second

Use massive aoe damage tower to clean the pile of creep, especially the middle-back of it if you can’t reach all the pile, as soons as it is generated, or at least during the first half of the lane: you can use towers like obelisk, tsunami, earthquake, runic, flooding, wisp, water 4, earth 4, fire 4.

Third

Use massive single target damage tower set with target on front to clean the front of the creep pile and catch the leaks. You can use towers like rail gun, tesla, crystal spire, astral, laser, haste, golem, nature 4, death 4. The damage with this towers has to be done from start to the end of the lane. On the second half of the way and especially near the end gate it must drastically increase. I recommend to use 2 or 4 nature lev 4 near end gate.

Fourth

Build 2 gravity cannon towers: 1 with target on back to slow and kill the back of the pile, and the other with target on front to separate the creep on front and kill it faster. Be sure that both of gravity cannon towers don’t reach the end portal of the lane within their range or it becomes a suicide.

Fifth

Use 1 rage tower on the middle of the lane to boost the front target gravity cannon action and all single target damage towers set on front you alredy built. You can substitue it or using togheter with multiple incantation towers lev 2 but be sure that the ones placed in the first half of the lane are set target on near, the ones on the second half are set target on front.

I think it calls “Dual Gravity Cannon strategy” (or simply dual strategy), because it works both on aoe and single target side. The aoe on the middle-back of the pile of creeps and the single target on front of it, aoe in the first half of the lane and single target mostly in second half of the lane. Both sides exasperated with a gravity cannon. Oh, and it works great!
