Baldur’s Gate 3 – How to Complete the Faith-Leap Trial (Easy Ways / Patch 7)

Easy Methods for Overcoming Shar’s Faith-Leap Trial

Trial Rules

You get three tries to complete the trial. If any living thing enters or goes over the restricted area, it gets moved to the nearest Shar statue. This costs you one try. If you run out of tries, your character dies. There’s a map showing the path at the start.

Using Items to Pass

Unlike living things, items can go into restricted areas without costing you a try. They just get moved. You can use this to mark your path with things like coins.

But remember, items that fly over restricted areas also get moved. The whole path of the item needs to stay in allowed areas.

Using Teleportation to Pass

While living things can’t move or fly over restricted areas, they can teleport, be summoned, or resurrected there. You can use the Misty Step spell to move to platforms with Shar statues.

To see better through the Darkness spell on platforms, you can use the Gust of Wind spell. This helps you find where to teleport next.
