Car Manufacture – Beginners Guide

Early Game Guide

This guide helps new players start the game easily.

Choosing the Game Setup

Pick Destroit as your map. It has enough space and you can add more land later. You can start with all technologies unlocked or turn off the bankruptcy option for an easier start. We’ll play with technologies locked and bankruptcy on.

First Production Line

Build a small factory near the storage area. You can make it bigger later. Start with one assembly station and a small storage space. Hire 3 mechanics and 3 transporters at level 3. Pay them all $15.

Sales Building

Put the sales building near the entrance. Make the sales area 8×8. Hire one level 3 salesperson.

Research

Build a new building for research. Make the research area 8×8. Add 3 research tables and hire 3 researchers.

Parking Spaces

Make enough parking spaces at the start. They’re cheap and let you show off cars before selling them. This helps you sell new models for more money. Build 3 parking areas that are 6×24 in size.

Selling Your First Cars

You should have about $7000 left. Make your first car model and start researching the next one. Show the T1 car but don’t sell it yet. After making about 10 cars, start selling them.

Second Production Line

Research “Management I” and “Sales I”. Hire another salesperson, 3 mechanics, and 3 transporters. When you can make T2 cars, show them off before selling them for more money. Start selling when you run out of money.

Technology Tree

Hire 5 salespeople total and unlock “Sales Skill I”. This lets you keep selling cars for more money. Now you’ve made a good start and should have enough money to grow your business.
