ContractVille – Three-Storey House Design Guide

Finally planned out my property, my first three-storey house!

Guide to Three-Storey House Design

The ground floor is made for me exclusively except for the laundry room. That is for the whole house.

The first floor has two nearly equal flats.

And the second floor!

I originally thought of the same concept as the second floor (two nearly equitably divided flats), but then changed to one big flat encompassing the whole floor.

I also managed to get the two as of yet unused categories in (TV room and pets room):

The children’s room on the ground floor has one purpose exclusively: Assembling jigsaw puzzles – the largest of ’em is 60.000 pieces and fits into this room comfortably.

I also paid attention to make my side of the house (i.e. where I would be most on the ground floor) look onto the road and the big city – others have both views, some views go towards the mountainous landscape north of Northtown or to a red/green house I had once built for a contract.
