How to Get to the Savannah
To unlock the Savannah, you need to make 18 offerings at the Lake Temple. Don’t worry about the Rare Altar or reaching Rank A – those aren’t needed. I got there at Rank B, and others have too.
After 18 offerings, you’ll see a scene where workers rebuild a bridge.
To find the Savannah:
- Go right from Paul’s house
- Walk up the mountain path
- Cross the new bridge
- Look for a teleport spot and a big flower
- Touch the flower to enter the Savannah
Savannah Map
The Savannah can be confusing without a map. Here’s what you need to know:
Entrance:
- The big flower is the only way in and out
- No fast travel spots in the Savannah
- You can use a warp sesajen if you have one
Cave of Memories:
- This is the Savannah’s cave area
- You need Rank B to enter
- You also need to free all the Giants in the main island cave first
- When you’re ready, you’ll have a dream about vines disappearing from the cave
Inside the Cave of Memories:
- Checkpoints are every 25 floors – bring lots of supplies
- Tons of loot – fossils, geodes, and chests everywhere
- Daily special loot – could be resources, decorations, or giant crops
- Some floors have trees and stumps – bring your axe
Ranch:
- Sell new animals: Ostriches and Buffalos
- You need to finish the mural altar first (unlocked at Town Rank A)
Treasure Bubbles:
- Like loot boxes that give random items
- Put in crops until you reach 1000 points
- Seem to give only Savannah decorations so far
- Two bubbles: one far west, one far east
- These items sometimes drop in the Cave of Memories too
Tips for Exploring:
- Bring lots of food and tools
- Check the daily loot when you enter the cave
- Be ready to carry a lot – there’s more loot than you might expect
- Don’t worry if you can’t get all the decorations from Treasure Bubbles
- Explore all areas – there’s a lot to see in the Savannah
This guide should help you navigate the Savannah and know what to expect. Take your time exploring and have fun discovering all the new things in this area!
