Xbox:

The V-Aura code works but requires using a VPN to redeem.

PlayStation:

Currently, there’s no way to redeem the V-Aura on an English account. It appears you need to have purchased “Sparking ZERO” from the Japanese PlayStation Store.

You need a credit card or debit card to purchase the code for the V-Aura.
