Basic Guide for New Players
Basics
You are a Succubus. Your job is to guide guild members. The guild grows no matter what happens. Use Z or Enter to select. Use X or ESC for the menu.
Key Points:
- The game uses steps. Start with 10 steps. Every 10th step is a rest area. Increase steps at the top right fairy.
- Energy is important. Use the menu to level up with energy. Energy can also change items in some places. Try to get more maximum energy.
- Keep your gold. Buy useful items and costumes with gold. Getting gold early helps a lot.
- Winning gives EX. Losing gives DPT. More guild members mean more EX. Use EX to make characters better. Use DPT to unlock new things and raise your limits.
- You can trade at the right-side fairies. Trading always costs something, but it’s often needed. Use your Step Points (SPT) at the exchange before they disappear.
Characters in this game have four main stats: ATK (attack), MAT (Magic Attack), INT (Intelligence), and LUK (Luck). You can increase these when you level up, which takes more energy each time. You can also raise your HP and Max MP.
ATK is useful for defeating monsters and opening chests without keys. Each point of ATK increases your chance to defeat a monster by 0.5%. If the defeat chance goes over 15%, it jumps to 100%. ATK also helps you pick up metal piles like Iron, Gold, and Mythril. You can boost your ATK temporarily using Fire Crystal pieces.
MAT powers up your magic attacks and helps you harvest Magic Crystal Clusters. It lowers the MP cost to defeat enemies, but not below 1. You need MP to use magic attacks. You can get more MP from pure water, cake, or by paying gold to a Sister character. Water Crystal pieces can temporarily boost your MAT.
INT is used to disable traps and bypass locks. Like ATK for monsters, each point of INT increases your chance to disable a trap by 0.5%. INT also helps you make better deals with Element Sprites, trading Love Potion for element crystals more efficiently. You can increase INT temporarily with Wind Crystal pieces.
LUK is mainly used for escaping from and avoiding traps and capture. It’s more effective than INT for this purpose. The Sister character gets LUK upgrades at half price.
Different character types have different strengths. Adventurers should raise all stats evenly. Swordsmen should focus on ATK and use Red Stones for traps they can’t handle. Wizards should increase MAT and MP, using crystals and Pure Water often. Researchers should build up INT and trade love potion for element stones. Sisters should focus on LUK while playing a balanced game. Princess Knights should save money and be careful about spending Energy.
Each character type has unique advantages. Swordsmen get ATK upgrades at half price, Wizards get cheaper MAT, Researchers get INT for less, and Sisters have the LUK discount. Princess Knights have better trading and crafting abilities but expensive stat upgrades.
Remember to use your resources wisely. Crystals can boost stats temporarily, keys can open doors and chests, and different items like Pure Water and Love Potion have specific uses. Managing your inventory and choosing when to use items is an important part of the game.
Quick Start Tips
To get a good start in the game, try these steps:
- First, focus on getting money. Play the first four STEPs and then either Return or lose. Try to rescue one hero if you can. This will help you earn money quickly to buy starting items. Look for sections with money. You can also buy costumes if you want.
- Next, focus on saving people. Try to save as many as you can. Go for Teleport Stones whenever possible. When you save 6 people, play a challenge map and lose quickly. This will build up your DPT. Use this to raise your max energy and Steps.
- After that, try to get some Metal. This usually needs a lot of ATK, so playing as a Swordsman might help.
- Once you’ve done these things, you’ll understand the game better. Then you can explore and figure out more on your own. Remember, part of the fun is discovering how things work!
