How can I unsubscribe from the Monthly Subscription?

This is done from inside Google Play app, not KoA. Open Google Play Store and go to “subscriptions” – there you can manage your subscriptions and stop the recurring payment.

This will cause your subscription to not renew at the next expected payment date. You will still be able to collect items/rewards for the remainder of the subscription time you have left. If you subscribe for 1 month, then immediately cancel it, you’ll still get the items for the 1 month.

Do we have any information about VIP club program?

We do not have any specific information about how to get VIP club status. However, criteria to achieve the VIP status includes how much a player supported the game and acquired in-game items and benefits to develop their account. If developers, in the future, decide to share the list of the VIP program requirements with all players, a system mail with more information will be sent out.

I bought a pack but it didn’t get credited on my Top-up event/Morgana’s Treasure…

Only packs bought either in the Top-Up Shop, Limited Deal, and Bundle Bonanza count in event requiring to top-up gold.

Packs in War Aid Center do not count towards Top-Up event/Morgana’s Treasure, with the exception of Daily Stronghold Supply, which does count.

Are gold bonuses counted for recharging/ top up event?

You can get gold bonuses from the Double Gold item, Prosperous Land King Skill, Wealthy Lord Temporary Accolade, and Excalibur (King’s sword relic) .

Gold earned from “Double Gold” bonus does not count toward recharge/top-up events, gold earned from Prosperous Land skill, Accolade, and Excalibur (being king) does count.

I am buying in-game packages but I am not receiving anything, how is it possible?

If you are buying packs but you are not receiving anything, then it may be due to the fact that you previously asked for a refund. If so, you should have received a system mail after the failed purchase about “purchase issue”.

In fact, you will not be able to receive any purchase of the same type/value until you reach the sum of money refunded.

If that is not the case and you think there has been a mistake, then you would need to contact customer service for further investigation.

How do I get KoA to use a particular Google Account for payments? KoA isn’t showing me the one I want to use when I try to make a purchase.

First: Clear the Google Play Store cache by following these steps:

  • Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache
  • Completely close and reopen game.

If the above does not work:

You would need to uninstall KoA (assuring the account is bound to not lose game progress), then open Play Store, select the Google email that you want to use for purchases, then download KoA with that account.

When you make purchases, the email you used to download the game should appear.

Why is the value/price of a package different than in another country?

If you think that a package is too expensive in your currency versus another currency then you can report this discrepancy to customer care. Hopefully they can help solve the issue and correct the pricing to more accurately reflect exchange rates.

Diamond Store

What are diamonds and how do I get them?

Diamonds are in-game currency of KoA that is equivalent to cash to purchase all in-game value-added services except for diamonds themselves. They can be purchased at paykoa.com. This allows you to buy directly instead of through Google, Apple, etc.

Once you go onto paykoa.com, you enter your user ID from the game, select value of diamonds to purchase, complete payment, and then diamonds are added directly to your account.

Why can’t I use diamonds to buy Bundles? Why can’t I see the Diamond Store?

This may be due to the following reasons:

  • You have never topped up your diamonds before. You can only pay with diamonds in-game when your diamond balance is grater than 0.
  • The platform version you are using does not support diamond payment at the moment.

How can I use coupons?

A coupon is automatically validated when an order is placed. You can also choose not to use a coupon at checkout. Each coupon has different expiration dates and can only be used once before it expires. Only one type of discount is allowed to be used per order.

How do you access diamonds in-game?

Diamonds are in the same place as the bundles purchased with cash through Google Play or Apple. To access the diamond store, you would hit the plus sign in the upper right corner to open the Bundles. Next to your gold, there is a button that says Diamond Store. Once you press the Diamond Store button, it shows all bundles available to purchase with diamonds. You would do this same process to change back to the cash store.

I won diamonds in a competition on Facebook, Instagram, etc. but my balance did not increase. Where did the diamonds go?

Diamonds won from competitions can go to the inventory first after you claim them from the system mail.

What is a Diamond VIP?

When you buy diamonds, you get points that go towards your VIP status. There are bonuses for logging in to the paykoa.com site collecting your daily rewards. This will grant you VIP EXP or recharge discount coupons. Each VIP level offers more discounts and perks as you buy diamonds.
