What is Castle Conquest?

Castle conquest was introduced in the newest set of solars from around 266+ (probably lower). This event is available after your sh is level 8. It is a journey of conquering the castles available around the map with your alliance.

When do the castles become available?

Each castle around the map has a Timer below them indicating the time remaining before it becomes available. The timer is also displayed on the Castle Conquest interface. As your Kingdom progress in the Avalon chronicles, more castles become available.

Note; the name of the event for the first castle is called “war of the frontiers” which is displayed on the top right of your screen. The interface that comes after is the Castle Conquest Event.

What are posts?

Posts are positions given after claiming one of the castles by your alliance. Once your alliance claims a castle, the alliance leader has the opportunity and the ability to give them a crown which gives them certain buffs.

A level 2 castle has their own crowns with buffs which is different from a level 3 and a pass crown. The more castles you claim as the first alliance, the more you get that crown which you can give yourself or members of your alliance.

Do you get crowns from only castles?

No, You can get a crown from claiming a pass as well and from claiming Avalon; the final throne. You only are able to claim crowns and posts once Castle Fief becomes available.

How long do I have before coalition starts?

Coalition starts 1 day after passes have been taken so within that time limit you can change alliances, move your strongest to the more powerful alliance or whatever you wish to do. Once the Coalition begins. The two strongest alliances in the KD (1st and 2nd in the leaderboard) becomes the leaders. Of two teams.

The teams are:

King’s Follower and State defenders.

By default, the first in the ranking is King’s Follower while the second will be States defenders.

Note: If the top alliances do not occupy a pass(which is most times unlikely) and the third and fourth alliances occupy it. They become the coalition leaders while the first and second do not belong to it.

If a weaker alliances occupies a pass, they are eligible to join coalition. Only those who take pass are allowed for coalition. However, if the number of alliance who have taken a pass is small and the preparation phase of coalition is about to begin. The system automatically chooses the alliances with higher power and joins them in the coalition as well as giving them a pass to be able to build past the mountains.
Just like the above, if few alliances have captured a pass, e.g only 5 passes were captured. The system automatically chooses the remaining 11 alliances based on power to join the coalition and gives them a pass each.

Once all this is done, coalition preparation phase ends and then the coalition event begins.

What is Coalition?

Coalition or also known as War Maniac is an event where two teams of a set of 8 alliances race to capture castles all the way to the Avalon castle. The King’s followers and the State defenders must rush all the way to claiming Avalon.

Why did my alliance territory change colour?

Once coalition starts and all teams have been divided (16 qualifiers from either obtaining a pass or was selected by the system) the two teams [Kings followers and State defenders] Will now share a single territory colour. It’s like a faction with multiple alliances in one.

Why did I loose more troops than usual?

Well, during coalition, every alliance members have a coalition protection. So if attacked you would receive a 10% attack back. So just be mindful of your attacks

What are Military merits?

Military Merits are similar to Alliance Merits. Only this one is a bit more advanced. You Gain alliance merits by completing certain quests or tasks in the military rank page from the Castle Conquest interface. There you would see, the more quests completed, the more points, coins and silver you get. The more you get will then give you the ability to increase your rank and unlocking more things to buy in the military store with said merit points, coins or silver.

Can I join an alliance that is in coalition?

Yes you can. If you leave your alliance which wasn’t in a coalition, you can join an alliance that is in coalition without having any event cool down or restrictions or not being able to participate like antiquity.

You still get the cooldown for antiquity and castles. Just not for coalition event.

You will still have to wait 24hours for those ones but coalition doesn’t have a cooldown.

Switching coalitions from red to blue will give you a 72hour cooldown. That means you have a 72 hour cool down if you wish to enter the other colored coalition.

Why can’t we capture more than one castles!

After the pass, or specifically during the time of pass. You will be only allowed to capture one as an alliance Once captured, a timer of the kingdom being full opened-

(This is displayed whenever you click the globe icon near the navigations to see the whole kingdom and you look at the top left showing how long till the kingdom’s protection ends.)

Till the Avalon is conquered. The same thing goes for level 4 and level 5 castles.

What happens if I leave an alliances that is in coalition

If you leave an alliance that is already in Coalition. The system will put you on a cooldown timer of 72hrs. You will have to wait for this set. Amount of time before you can join another alliance.

Do note that it is only applicable to those who are in alliances under Coalition laws. You can join an alliance in same coalition team without the cooldown

What determines the leaders of the teams?

The first and second alliances on the leaderboard as automatically the alliance leaders of both sides. This is to make it fair instead of putting both on one team. So The strongest alliance in the kingdom would be the teams leader.

What happens when one of the teams captures Avalon?

Once an alliance races towards Avalon and battles for it, the alliance that captures it gets to choose their king. It is very similar to KVK or actually just the same in terms of Avalon. The R5 of that alliance chooses their king and rewards are sent by the king.

I wasn’t in an alliance but suddenly found myself in one. what gives?!

If your power is among the higher rankings, you will automatically be assigned to an alliance. The system will decided an alliance for you during that moment.

How many alliances are in one team during coalition?

The coalition is an event that deals with two teams. Each team has 8 alliances. So expect 16 alliances to be selected for this event. As well as them owning a pass to be able to move forward.

Castle 4 suddenly cut us off from capturing and entered a truce. Why?

Once the level 4 Castles are opened. You will have to claim the castle within the allocated period of the level 4 castle conquest.

So if there is an hour left and you tried to claim a castle. it will automatically cut off the alliance and enter a truce.

Do not worry, the truce will be open again by the time level 5 castles are open and you can then claim the level 4 castle that you were not able to claim.

I don’t understand how the coalition rewards work. Please explain!

Well, if you mean the saviours of the castle, evenly matched and Loyalist to the castle, then see it as this.

Each of the tittles are gotten by the following conditions.

Saviours of the Castle: Have more Crowlands Castle than the opposing coalition.
Evenly Matched: Have equal amount of castle with opposing coalition.
Loyalist of the Castle: Have fewer castles captured than the opposing coalition.

For level 5 castles which is camalot mansion. The first reward will be the same as above so your coalition having more camalot mansions than the enemy coalition gives you more rewards.

The following regards are determined by the no of Crowlands castles and camalot mansions. It is stated in the description below the rewards for coalition.

Can I remove a Coalition fortress that was assigned wrong alliance?

Sadly not. if you assigned the wrong alliance to a coalition fortress and placed, it will be built regardless. You will have to wait for the timer that appears after it’s built to run out. Luckily you are given two coalition fortress that can be placed so be careful when assigning.

Note; after a coalition fortress runs out –if you use both–, it will be available to use later on.

Can I attack a coalition fortress that was wrongly assigned?

Yes, funnily you can. So if you can’t remove the coalition fortress that you gave someone which wasn’t what you wanted to. You can simply demolish the coalition fortress or tell an alliance to do so.

Claiming more than one castle

In the newer KD, for coalition. Players can now capture 4 level 4 castles. And 2 level 5 castles. Bringing in that competitive energy once again. Now you all have to know which castle you go for and attack and protect.
So build towards any castle and claim it. Your fellow coalition members will fight for the others or you can go fight and claim another castle yourself. And when it comes to camalot that is only 3, take one and help your coalition members take the other to have more castles than the opposing for better rewards. Or just take both if you can defend both castles!

After avalon has been captured a new event begins this brings us to more FAQ. For this. (Wow…)

What is Wars Eternals?

This is an event that runs from “goldevent_KvK- Excalibur invasion-Fae realms and the new event; Corrupt Avalon Revelation.”

Corrupt cities Invasion, how does it work?

Once Avalon is claimed and a day passes, you’ll get an interesting cutscene. After that, shadow castles will appear all around. This castles are other kingdom player castles however, they are not real players. Think of it like mirrors of castle just like the ones from lords conquest after you explore.

I got attacked by a shadow castle why?

There are two types of shadow castles, basic and elite. The basics will never attack any castle. However, elite shadow castles will scout and attack you’re castles. Remember the shadow castles are played by Computer.

No troops will be permanently lost during the corrupt cities Invasion. All will be wounded so don’t worry about loose troops.

Can I really change my kingdom?

Yes you can. With this event you can actually change kingdoms if you wish. However, there are some factors to consider and no 1 being the most important.

You can only change once. Yes once you change, you will be there and won’t be able to change again so make sure you are sure of your decision.
Each kingdom has a Quota. Immigration and emigration.

Meaning, going out and coming in has a limit. Once the emigration ticket is full, no one can leave. Same for the immigration, no one can enter again.

What happened to Avalon? I cannot access the throne why?

No need to panic. This is all part of the awesome event that is about to happen.

Once Corrupt Avalon Revelation begins, The main throne for Avalon will become unavailable or rather inaccessible till the event ends. Avalon now becomes a giant corrupted version.

Will we get attacked by other kingdoms during this?

No you will not. Infact, this is a kingdom event in which everyone and I mean everyone in the kingdom can participate in. Think of it like a giant antiquity but for the whole kingdom instead of just for an alliance.

Trust me, It’s indeed fun if everyone works together. Hehe.

My awakening points got deducted why?

Ah yes, everytime you attack another player in your Kingdom during the Corrupt Avalon Revelation duration. You will loose 50 points for each attack on the enemy wether you win or you loose the attack. Each attack stacks up your punishment duration.

We got the rewards for The event but didn’t get it again when it came the next day why?

Okay, I’ve had questions like this as well. To put it simply, you get the individual rewards only once. Regardless of the times you do the event. Once it’s claimed, it’s claimed once.

However, the Kingdom speed rank will be given after the event ends. Therefore, if you did your own event earlier like the second day, all rewards will be given during that time you all participated.

In the third day, you can participate again to make sure your Kingdom speed rank still stays the no 1 or try to take the no 1 spot from a rivalry kingdom. So your rewards will be given by the end of the event and that’s the only time you get the kingdom speed rewards.

Again, you do not get individual rewards if you’ve claimed it once already.

After all that is done Fae event and Excalibur invasion will begin.

Does my points reset if I change coalition after doing the castle capture events before packs are distributed?

Yes it does. For leaders of each coalition, they have the ability to choose who they wish to give packs to. However, if you switch coalitions to another one: (enemy of the one you were in before) — before the packs are sent, then your points that were accumulated would be reset as it is a new coalition you are in. So try to wait a bit before switching.
