This Layout Consists of:

• 10 Rural Farms
• 40 Small Houses
• 2 Of Each Goods Workshop
• 1 Of Each Barracks
• 1 School
• 16 Moderate Cultural Sites
• 8 Compact Cultural Sites

Positives:

Maximum food and gold production. Efficient use of land and cultural sites. You can add more buildings without changing the layout (I’m planning to add 2 more farms; I just need 1 more land expansion).

Negatives:

Minimal or no happiness for the barracks (but you can add more cultural sites for them if you have more space).
