Early Chapter 2: From Werewolf Village to Exiting the Subway Maze
When you reach Chapter 2, Garr the Werewolf will join the Hunter team and must be deployed as a frontline character. Although the battles near Werewolf Village are not too difficult, it is still recommended to fully upgrade the Werewolf’s Talents and equip him with weapons and gear before proceeding to battle.
Additionally, upon reaching Chapter 2, the Hunter Association will be unlocked. This is the time you can upgrade the Hunter Association to enhance the rewards at The Ring’s dock and unlock new Supply Tickets, etc.
First boss stage of Chapter 2: Hooligan Sub-boss
Tip: This battle is not difficult, but it is still recommended to fully upgrade the Werewolf’s Talents before fighting.
Cat Merchant Side Quest: After leaving Abandoned Town, you will find two Caves you can enter. The upper one is the Subway Tunnel, the lower one is the Hooligan Warehouse (the location for the Cat Merchant’s side quest). Note, the Hooligan Warehouse requires a level 19 or above, so it is advised to complete the main Story Quest in the Subway Tunnel first.
Substitution Tutorial: When you enter the Subway Tunnel and complete the first battle, the substitution system will be unlocked. This means that during battle, you can substitute reserve characters into the field.
Note: Most characters cannot be substituted out after death, but the Werewolf can be substituted even after his death.
Giant Slime Monster: A boss in the Subway Tunnel
Notes
- When the Giant Slime Monster is about to die, remember to save skills to eliminate the smaller slimes as much as possible. As long as the smaller slimes exist, the Giant Slime Monster will revive.
- This battle is easier using the Electric Element, utilizing the chain lightning mechanism can cause significant damage to the smaller slimes.
- Utilizing Garr’s first skill to kill enemies and refresh the cooldown of the first skill can also achieve rapid clearing of the smaller slimes.
Mid Chapter 2: First Intrusion into the Hooligan Base to the Second Intrusion into the Hooligan Base
Cat Merchant Side Quest: When you first break into the Hooligan Base and complete the first Cat Merchant side quest, and borrow the second Cat Merchant side quest. You will find a Hooligan Prison Maze on the left, requiring a Talent level of 20 or above. It is recommended to complete the Cat Merchant side quest as soon as possible because completing this quest will unlock the Cat Merchant Shop, where many free character Affections, Onyx, and Gold can be purchased.
Urgent Mission: After leaving NEW Werewolf Village, an Urgent Mission will be unlocked.
Notes
- The higher the difficulty of the Urgent Mission, the richer the rewards.
- Urgent Missions refresh challenge times daily.
- Daily sign-ins are also important, with the seventh day allowing you to receive the corresponding Urgent Mission event weapon.
Mutant Bee Queen boss: In the cave after leaving NEW Werewolf Village
Notes
- Prioritize clearing the Bees, or they will multiply.
- Interrupt skills to break the Bee’s spinning.
Rescue Little Scavenger Stage: Rescue three Little Scavengers within a limited time.
Note
- Remember not to get too close to the cages, as the thorns under the cages will cause significant damage.
- Garr needs to attract the enemies’ aggro to shield his teammates from damage, and appropriately use his first skill to kill enemies and refresh its cooldown to clear enemies, to prevent them from accumulating.
- Set No.2’s attack target on the cages, and use all skills to destroy the cages.
Late Chapter 2: Re-entering the Hooligan Base to the End of Chapter 2
Second Rain battle
- Recommended level: 24 or above
- Recommended gear: Three-star blue or above
Notes
- When Rain is about to die, save skills to deal maximum damage when the crystal appears.
- Every time Rain revives, he gains a buff that increases his attack speed and power for a period. During this time, you can use Scar to replace the Werewolf or No.2 to delay the buff time.
- Pay attention to the timing of releasing Taunt and Interrupt skills.
Akus battle: The final boss of Chapter 2
Notes
- In the final phase, the red Akus is invincible, so focus fire directly on Akus’s true form.
- If trapped in a cage, use displacement skills, substitute out, or break the cage to escape.
