At the bit where you meet machete and have to do the quick time event at the door, turn around and when given the choice, choose “small”. From there on out there’s only one ending.

Scarlet Rain

Go to the finale where you face off againist scar. Then, in the building with the mirror when he stumbles before you either you can run away or wait (depending on earlier actions you can also choose “break” but lets assume not for now).

Wait and let gap swoop you away, get ending 19 and then press “destroy it” and either of the other options in the black end screen. You’re back facing off against scar but this time you can choose “break”. Do that and you’re in front of an umbrella.

You can talk or destroy it. Talk with it and boom. Make sure to check the title screen after.
