Referring to your Combat Boost book after every round is a good habit to have. It keeps your choices fresh in your mind as you are offered new ones. It also allows you to look at what your opponent has chosen, enabling you to make round to round decisions according to their selections.

Stackable Combat Boosts

The General Combat Boosts are extremely powerful, especially if you are able to stack them as you’re offered more throughout the match. There are six different types of them, all having an original effect.

  • Attack Speed
  • Extra Damage
  • Shields
  • Regeneration
  • Weakness
  • Poison

Choosing the correct bonus to help you enhance your army at the beginning of the round or to diminish your opponents. Highly enhances your favours of swaying the momentum in order to finish out the match with the win.

Rocks & Coins

Selecting Rocks & Coin as one of your choices would be considered a momentum shift within the match.

At the beginning of the match if you select a rock or coin option. It could give you a giant head start on your opponent. Carrying you to the last end.

Sometimes in a match, you could get stuck behind a big stone. Or maybe you’ve been merging too conservatively and have fallen behind your opponent that way.

Either or picking Rocks & Coin in these situations will greatly speed up your momentum. Enabling you to catch up to your adversary.

At the end of the match could be another great time to pick the Rock & Coin option. After all the rocks have been broken and you are relying only on the coin given per round. An added influx of coinage is all you may need to merge one last super. Giving you the upper hand and winning the match.

Personal Combat Bonuses

Every Hero in your collection has two impressive distinct Personal Combat Bonuses attached to them. Some of the Heroes individual bonuses are so overwhelming that you may want to pick them for your Deck just for this reason alone.

Unlike the General Combat Bonuses, the Personal Bonuses tied to each individual Hero are not stackable. Picking two of the same kind will only cancel the lesser and the higher rarity will take precedence.

However, some special Heroes have a unique chance-based bonus. Picking two of these types can be used in conjunction with each other. When triggered the higher rarity will fire off first.
