Strategy Guide (Most Cost Effective Way Long Term)
Most cost effective way long term is crate slots. I’m slots only and I’m at L6 on auto (probably can reach L5 manual, maybe L4) I even bought the slots using a combination of discounted and free nutaku gold, so it probably cost me 40-50 dollars (instead of 5+10+20+50=85) I did play since the very start though, so that’s like 8 month or something. In the shorter term, deluxe monthly card is probably the best, lots of flexibility. And if you are starting to consider event completion, the premium battle pass can help a lot.
Now answers to this important questions:
- Do you have to buy those slots again or just once?
- I will take a look at the deluxe monthly and premium battle pass (I saw a “premium battle pass+” is that worth it?
- If you were to start the game with a big overall kick off budget(we’ll say like $200-$400), then lower to a normal monthly budget (like $30-$50/mo) What would you do with this budget?
The answers
They are permanent. The set of 4 cost 5, 10, 20 and 50 for 85 total.
Premium pass+ doesn’t do anything if you can do your daily and weekly and claim them just right.
3 weeks of points (the duration of the pass) is exactly enough to unlock all nodes. Though if you miss even one(not quest, box), you miss the final reward.
With that budget, I’d get all crate slot, both monthly pass, premium battle pass+(this is worth getting when you first start, as you can’t otherwise complete the pass due to some quest being locked until you reach higher league. Also if you have excess point, you can bank weekly quest crates to make future pass easier).
And thereafter just keep premium battle pass and/or deluxe monthly going. If you do both it’d cost 47 per month.
When you buy crate slot, don’t buy all 4 at once. Instead, buy one, spend the resource(including using the merc you just got a bunch of), league up as much as you can, then buy the next one and repeat. All merc point reward, including those that come with crate slot, scale with your max league, so this will allow you to squeeze a bit more out of them.
Another thing to consider is spending money to get easy event completion. Buying the 20 dollar pack on ch2 all but gurantee it if you know what you are doing. Though that is best to wait until you reach league 12 or some nodes might cost extra or boss being too hard. That does get expensive at 4 event a month, do you can be selective about it and/or save some money elsewhere.
