A crucial part of this farm is the little item next to the trance crystals. When you pick it up, the game autosaves to the moment before you pick it up.

So load it immediately, and you have a fast and easy way to save and reload if you dont get the drop.

The easiest way to get the item from the giant teeth is to use Armageddon’s Final Sire, gotten by maxing out all royal archetypes. This oneshots the teeth.

If you haven’t farmed for that, you can use thief and stun the teeth, possibly getting the drop that way.

To maximise drop rates, use equipment that raises luck, and have the lucky find skill on MC.

It seems that when you kill one of the big teeth, they don’t come back, so you have to reset the area by going to the left teleporter.

Important note

Steal gives you the rare item, but this is the common item. Than you should repel physical (strike/pierce/slash). Or just slash it and reload if ur high enough levels. I recommend just doing that if you are level 92, because you don’t spend MP on the skill or spend time getting in and out of the battle, or see the skill being used.
