Fishing Guide and the Basics

You catch the fish and put them in a tank and they give you bonuses. Fishing happens every other day except the last day of the week. You get 60 pieces of meat 2 times a day. (Right now with the Palae event it happens daily).

Ideally when fishing you want to upgrade the tank and have the best in it, getting pearls is the most important followed by grabbing better creatures. My personal choice would be to upgrade from reel > bobber > stick > hook.

Tank (Aquarium)

In the beginning the ideal set of stuff to go for is attack, not much else needed to focus on.

Mid game start looking at crit and health bonuses as well as steering away from flat bonuses and going for percentages. (Ideally for health you want items 12k+ and for crit over 1%).

Late game you want a diverse set of fishies, going for crit reduction and hp percentage. You’re looking for percentages that buff attack/hp/crit and crit reduction.

Attack percents over 1.3%
Hp percents over 1.5%
Crit reduction over 1.6%
Crit over 2% or close to 2%

For order to go for these you will constantly be changing and that becomes a balancing act of swapping them out for better percentages.

Refining

With refining you’re looking to enhance your fishing experience. Below are the four ideal refining pieces you’re looking for if you get others by all means grab them.

These four are “mythic rarity” so they will be hard to find. No reason to lose all your gems over it. Only use gems to refine not the currency you get from orders.

That little cog wheel lets you auto fish.

You can step away and do other things while it runs. It unlocks at level 65 or VIP3 The draw back is it does not notify you when it Has something on the reel and is waiting for your approval.(hopefully gets improved on).

Useful Tips

If you fish 200 times in a day all bounties will auto complete. The most advantage you can get from this is resetting specific bounties until you have 4 to 5 star ones. For some reason after you have two 4 star or two 5 star bounties the third bounty will reset allot more often as 3* or below but you can get all bounties to be 5 star, I recommend just accepting two 4+ stars and a 3 star so you don’t end up blowing 1000 gems like me trying to get all 4*+.
If you buy 15 dollar pack you can reset all 3 orders even after they have completed and do the 200 fishing attempts trick again in the same day.
If you catch a fish you can back out to go look at your current power level, go back into fishing and replace the fish you consider replacing them back out again to see if it dropped your score or not.
Be careful when selling a fish that has identical stats and sizes to another fish, I’ve run into a big where both will sell and support can’t seem to do anything about it afterwards.
