Glorians synergy

Left Branch: Bottom (LV 5)

Mystifier synergy

Left Branch: Bottom (LV 5), Middle (LV 1), Top (LV 5)
Right Branch: Bottom (LV 5), Middle(LV 1),Top (LV 1)

With this setup, you’ll need 4 Mystifiers along with 1 Glorians healer or Divine for support. The Mystifiers will apply Corrode to damage the enemies (or bosses), while Glorians will boost your damage from “converting healing to attack”.

Alternative Setup

If your Mystifiers aren’t strong but you have good Ethereal units, you can try this setup instead:

Ethereal synergy

Left Branch: Bottom (LV 5), Middle (LV 5)
Right Branch: Bottom (LV 5)

This will increase your team’s dodge rate. Each time a unit dodges, they will use 50 energy to cast their ultimate, boosting your damage output.

RO – Nightmare Strategy Guide

Heroes

Catrina (7*): Shield scales with ATK; heals boost ATK, resulting in stronger shields and survivability.
Karnak (6-7*)
Dorabella (7*)
Astrid (6*)
Sera (6*) / Clotho 8 Perse (7*)
Twins (8*)
Ashlyn/Lachesis or any healer that boosts damage through heals.

Main Strategy

Focus on Catrina for survival and DPS.

Activating S-Synergy

Seasonal Synergy Bonus: Deploy 2 heroes of the same synergy to activate it.
With “Proof of X Synergy”, only 1 hero needed for +1 synergy bonus.

Glacians or Thornbinder tree upgrade

It is recommended to upgrade them after your main synergy upgrade recommended above.
In Thornbinder or glacians. Choose the synergy u used most in game and upgrade it first. Most recommended synergy to upgrade first will be Myst, doom, Glorians.
To save resources, it is recommended update either one (Glacian or Thornbinder) at first, once you have enough to upgrade both synergy+1, then you can upgrade the synergy on both side. Personally, I will first update Thornbinder.

Red ore upgrade suggestion

Red Circle Buff: Recommend to upgrade this first.
Orange Circle Buff: Upgrade it is good option.
Yellow Circle Buff: Upgrade this last or skip it.

Tree’s center buff

Use this zone for PvP, Dragon War, and Guild War. Prioritize upgrades in line with your guild’s specific needs

Tips to save the Red ore upgrade

Upgrade buffs as advised. Defeat all Seraphic bosses up to level 10 and ensure at least 1 strong damage for level 11 to have a dmg record.
Reset skill points, reallocate red ores to Clash/PvP nodes in the tree’s center.
Sweep the Lv 11 bosses to clear all of them.
