Princess & Conquest – Moonlit and Spooky Progenies (Achievement Guide)

How to Get Special Characters

The easiest way to get these special characters is through recruiting. You need to reach rank 5 in Knight Inc and get the Hero Banner. My character’s stats are 5/9/3/3, and I have a special sword from a hidden area. Most characters I’ve met have been willing to join me.

Regular characters don’t need much to join, so you shouldn’t have trouble. You can try getting these characters through the game’s breeding system, but it’s not very efficient. It’s better to spend another day checking character locations.

General Tips

Finding holiday characters is very simple. Just check all the places where you can recruit characters. I found one in a bar and another in a garden. You need to talk to characters and look at their pictures to see if they’re holiday types. If you check all locations and don’t find any, rest and try again the next day. You won’t get the achievement right away if you already have 5 active characters.

First, recruit the character, then check a specific location. When you open the character menu, you should get the achievement if you recruited the right character. I’m not sure about this, but I only looked for holiday characters at night, because both holidays are night-time events. This might be wrong, so check if others have found them during the day.

Moonlit Characters

You can find moonlit characters during the Moon Festival in the game. You can change your computer’s date to a real full moon date (like August 19, 2024) to make every day in the game a Moon Festival. These characters have dark blue pictures. Don’t waste time looking for blue characters in the game world – only their portrait pictures are blue, not their in-game appearance.

Spooky Characters

Spooky characters appear during the Spookfest holiday. Set your computer’s date to October 31 to make every day Spookfest. Look for characters with big round eyes in their portrait pictures. Don’t spend too much time in one place looking for these characters.

Some races wear masks, so you might not see their eyes. Check all the usual places where you can find characters. I found one in a tavern.

For both types of characters, check all the places where you usually find characters to recruit. Don’t focus on just one area. Remember to look at their portrait pictures to spot the special features.
