How to Install Satisfactory on Mac
There is many ways the best one is to use the whisky project; it is a program that allows you to run windows applications on mac via a translation layer wine and the apple game porting tool kit.
- Install Whisky. You can find it here.
https://github.com/Whisky-App/Whisky/releases/tag/v2.3.2
- Download the Whisky.zip file, go to your Downloads folder, find Whisky.zip, and extract it. Move the app to your Applications folder and open it. (If it says something about malware, right-click and press “Open”.) After you’ve opened Whisky, press the plus button, and a window to create a new bottle should appear. Make sure it’s set to Windows 10. You can name it anything you want.
- Download a Windows Steam .exe and open it. It should run with Whisky and start the setup process. Make sure you run it after installation, as it should automatically pin in Whisky.
- Download and run this file.

(If you do not, the game will not work 100%).
- Go into Steam and download Satisfactory. (If the download goes to 0 bps, go into Whisky, click “File” in the top right corner of the screen, click “Kill All Bottles,” and then restart Steam.)
- Once Satisfactory is installed, run it. It should ask to install something; install it. It will say something about outdated drivers; just click “No.”
