24-24 2×3 Universal Quadrant Rearranger

Required Technology: Basic Circuits.
Given the absence of cross-floor logistics, this structure can be utilized under technology constraints.

24-Belt Fully Efficient Quadrant Reordering Unit: This unit allows for the reordering of any quadrant among three-quadrant or four-quadrant shapes. It features three buttons as logical inputs, each corresponding to a different bit from lowest to highest:

ABCD -> 000
ABDC -> 001
ACDB -> 010
ADCB -> 011
ADBC -> 101
ACBD -> 110

When the inputs at the two shape ports are identical, the two output ports will have the same shape (though orientation may differ), otherwise, the output will vary accordingly.
