List of EXP Values for Everything You Can Scavenge

Extraction
Players get 125 EXP when they leave a mission safely. This happens no matter how they leave, if they picked up any items, hurt any enemies, or finished any tasks. Just staying alive until the end of the mission gives you 125 EXP.
Big Items
These are the things that take up a whole slot in your inventory. They usually give you more EXP.
- Gacha: 180 XP

These are things that don’t have a use or are needed for quests.
- Europan Drone Debris: 238 EXP
Destroyed Guns
If you can pick up broken or disabled weapons, you should. They give a good amount of EXP. You can also bring a destroyed gun back to the field to make it disabled, which lets you get EXP from it twice.
EXP for destroyed guns:
- Grenade Launcher: 991
- RPD: 527
- RPK: 227
- USAS-12: 407
Killing Enemies and Using Weapons
When you kill enemies, you get EXP. The amount depends on the type of enemy. When you kill an enemy with a weapon, you get weapon EXP. Guns get 1 EXP for each hit. Headshots give 2 EXP per hit, but don’t give extra EXP for kills. Grenade launchers only get EXP if the grenade itself kills the enemy, not the explosion.

Europan Forces:
- Most soldiers and drones: 50 EXP
- Turret: 175 EXP
- Drone: 125 EXP
- BODYGUARD: 40 EXP
- EOD: 100 EXP
- EOD Hunter Killer and Pyro: 185 EXP
- EXO: Maybe 1850 EXP
Eurasian Forces:
- Cyborg (Infantry): 40 EXP
- Cyborg (Zombie): 65 EXP
- Drone: 125 EXP
- Heavy Brawler: 370 EXP
- Crawler: 25 EXP
Euruskan Forces:
- Infantry: 185 EXP
- Rider and Light Officer: 50 EXP
Things That Don’t Give EXP:
- Damage or kills by recruits or 20MM turret.
- Items held by a scav mule when you return to the innards.
- Items you bring into a mission (except for destroyed weapons, which can be turned into disabled weapons for EXP).
- Most explosive damage (this is a bug).
