Below are steps on how to continuously increase vigor by being a descendent of a Sect master and unlocking the two additional character slots to create stronger generations.

(1) Create First Character

(2) Meet 2 Sect Masters and Befriend Them

Assist > Teach them an Inner Kungfu (+80) until Affinity reaches 400.
Talk > Become Brothers with the Sect Masters (Requires 400 Affinity).

This will Unlock Noble Scion which allows you to pick a Sect Master as a Parent.

(3) Mark 30 random NPCs as Enemity to Unlock Pristine Birthright This unlocks True Method, an OP Inner Kung-Fu

Interact > Mark Enemity

Note if you are not strong enough to defend yourself or fast enough then you have to Concede when these enemies come to bully you and they will either lock you up or break a leg or make you go blind multiple times during this process, it is annoying but easier than getting 1M coins and can be done within a fairly short time compared to accumulating 1M Coins.
We dont care about activating True Method until we are on our final character.
Having Golden Acupuncture or a Horse helps with the consistent breaking of the Legs.
Having high Geomancy (lockpicking) level helps with consistently being locked in cages.

Important: You HAVE to die with 30 Enemies or 1M Coins to unlock Pristine Birthright.

(4) Rebirth and chose one of the Sect Masters as a Parent and Also Gain Pristine Birthright Karma

ESC > Return to Karma to unlock Pristine Birthright.

Pick Noble Scion starting Perk > Confirm.
Pick Pristine Birthright Starting Perk.

This will give True method which gives basically infinite qi.

If Sect leader is one of the options as a parent then select them.
If Sect leader is NOT one of the options then select Back > Confirm to Re-Roll NPC Parent Options.
Of course for this to work, you need to remember the Sect Master NPC’s names.
Your character should start with high vigor depending on the parents.
3K to 5K or more starting Vigor is good.

(5) Get Strong enough to Beat Kung Fu Contest

Continue the Story. This will trigger the event that allows you to get sealed and unlock the 2 other Char Slots.

(6) Get Sealed Up North

Go North and purposefully lose the fight to get sealed and unlock the additional character slots.

Note: Kung fu Contest can be added from the “Special Tiles” tab. Youll have access to it once you have more tiles on the map and when you add it youll have the option to participate in it.

(7) Use the 2 Character slots to continuously create characters with more and more vigor

This only works specifically because we have two extra character slots.
Once you have the additional character slots you can create a new character and assign any ALIVE character in the world as the parent. For this you need to select a Sect Master or ideally the character that you have that is locked up assuming that they have the additional vigor from being the offspring of a sect master already.
Once that character is created you have to load them into the map to place their NPC there and then you can can use the third character slot to become the offspring of the second character and then you can go back and reset Karma the second character and make another character the offspring of the third character and so on and so fourth. Their vigor should be increasing with each new creation. Continue until you have as much vigor as you’d like. Then on the final creation you should pick what Karma you actually want to use to start out with.

Again, if the most recently created character does not show up as an option to be a parent then that means that you havent loaded them into the map at least once because the player’s created characters will always appear as options to be parents.

Flow Example: (Do not use lineage points until the end since these characters will be deleted).

Slot 1: [Guy 1] Player > Befriend 2 Sect Masters
Slot 1: Player > Make 30 enemies and Reset Karma (Reincarnate) and become child of Sect Master
Slot 1: [Guy 2: Sect Masters Child] > Get sealed away North of Map

Slot 2: [Guy 3: Guy 2’s Child] > Bonus Vigor
Slot 3: [Guy 4: Guy 3’s Child] > Bonus Vigor
Slot 2: [Guy 3] > Reset Karma and become Guy 4’s Child
Slot 2: [Guy 5: Guy 4’s Child] > Load into Map > ESC > Leave miniworld to go back to char selection
Slot 3: [Guy 4] We dont need him anymore because we now have his child with more vigor on the map, so we use this slot to create the child of his child > Rest Karma into Guy 5’s Child
Slot 3: [Guy 6: Guy 5’s Child]

Repeat and Repeat until high Vigor. Note: True Method adds 9K vigor and you can comfortably clear the game with 15-20K vigor. You can keep going until you want but I would stop at like 11K vigor to have 20K after True Method, or 20K vigor if I did not want to use True Method since it does have a lot of activation requirements. But it is REALLY good.

Note: Once you activate True Method you will unlock more meridians so firstly activate it, then re-do the meridian mapping. Ideally youll also have Marrow Refining and Primordial Chaos too.
