List of Anomalies and the Floors They Spawn On

Across the several levels, there are 36 anomalies. Obviously, spoilers!

Health spawns can be behind the chair or by the mannequin. Not sure if it’s random, but I’ve seen them on floors 1, 11, 25, 44, 51, and 56.

Weird stuff on floors 1-20:

  • Floor 3: Light flickers
  • Floor 5: Ginger and baby dolls switched
  • Floor 6: Door 7 rattles
  • Floor 8: Mannequin head turns to look at you
  • Floor 9: Posters 2 and 3 switched
  • Floor 11: Ginger eats the rat
  • Floor 12: Door 7 is open a bit
  • Floor 15: Chair flies at the stairs
  • Floor 17: All doors are number 6
  • Floor 18: Shadow on the wall at poster 2
  • Floor 20: Ginger and rat switched

Weird stuff on floors 21-40:

  • Floor 21: Door knobs point down
  • Floor 23: People on posters have eyes crossed out
  • Floor 24: Blood on Ginger’s back
  • Floor 27: Handprint by door 7 handle
  • Floor 28: Door 8 opens a bit then closes when you get close
  • Floor 30: Pentagram on ceiling
  • Floor 32: Mannequin becomes a monster, game over if you go near it
  • Floor 33: Elevator sign says “Die In Order”
  • Floor 35: Mister Crabcat replaces Ginger
  • Floor 36: Monster peeking from upstairs
  • Floor 38: Mannequins everywhere
  • Floor 40: Mannequin has no head

Weird stuff on floors 41+:

  • Floor 41: Door 6 is gone
  • Floor 42: Ceiling light is tiny
  • Floor 44: Rats everywhere
  • Floor 46: Posters are upside down
  • Floor 48: Red ceiling light
  • Floor 51: Chair faces the other way
  • Floor 53: Bigger blood stain under rat
  • Floor 54: Eyes on the walls
  • Floor 56: Some books are duplicated
  • Floor 58: Door 8 blasts off when you approach
  • Floor 61: No numbers on any doors
  • Floor 62: Baby dolls on both sides of elevator
  • Floor 63: Rat replaced by crying baby thing
