Here is my endgame housing layout for the Folk Tails if anyone is interested.

Earlier notes

Human Beavers on the far side of the river. Self sustaining + Maximum Happiness. 8 hour work day. Most beavers are haulers, some are jobless. Demanding jobs are done by bots.

Robo District on the front side of the river: Self sustaining (with 2 Iron Mines). 16 Bot Assemblers (+ sufficient support buildings). Excess Bots are sent to the Bever District.

Note: Had to level entire mountains to easily access the mines and put all factories and a big forest next to it.

Endgame Housing Layout

  • Dynamite a 5×5 hole (3 deep).
  • Put 1 high Scuffolding in the middle.
  • Add all Buff Decorarion items on the ground.
  • Put the 5×5 Platform in.
  • Put 3 big houses in (9 Beavers x 3 = 27).

I have built 6 of these. My beavers get all the buffs and I can put decoration where I actually want it (and don’t have to spam it nextto the houses).

Fun Fact

All my Beavers have the bee sting debuff. But they are not even walking through the bee hives. They are only walking ABOVE the fields on platforms. Bit since height does not matter, for the game the beavers are walking through the bee hives.
