Top War: Battle Game – The War Of Titan Canyon Guide

Ultimate Guide to The War Of Titan Canyon

Requirements

Alliances ranked within the top 5 in their Warzones and with an Alliance level greater than level 3 are eligible to register for the competition. Both the Alliance leader and vice leader can register. They must choose a suitable time for their alliance to participate in the game. There are limited spots available for each participation time.

Reminder: This game will match players based on the overall strength of the registered participants. Therefore, we advise commanders who are not planning to participate to refrain from randomly signing up. Otherwise, you may encounter very strong opponents.

Upon registration, leaders can assign commanders to either Squad A or Squad B (consisting of 30 main members and 10 substitutes). The option to register for Squad B will only become available once all 30 spots in Squad A have been filled. If registering for Squad B, Squad A can only replace members but cannot reduce the number of participants. Both squads can choose different time slots, but they cannot appoint the same commander.

Matching Rules

After the countdown to the start of the game, the system will match four Alliances participating at the same time. Participants with similar strengths will be matched together, with priority given to matching Alliances from different warzones. Different squads from the same Alliance will not be matched together.

If no opponent Alliance is found, you’ll skip that round.

Once a successful match is made, detailed information about the opposing Alliance will only be visible during the battle.

The Battlefield

Once the battlefield is open, main members can enter the safe zone of the battlefield first. The first 5 minutes of the battle are considered preparation time for preparations. After 5 minutes, if there are still vacant spots, substitute members can enter.

Once you enter the battlefield, you will not be able to re-enter your base. Therefore, it is important to make necessary adjustments to your lineup, components, Heavy Trooper type, and chips beforehand.

Useful Tips

  • Except for Valhalla units that have not undergone repairs in the repair factory, all units must be in optimal condition to enter the battlefield. If there is any unit training, getting repaired, wounded, or on a marching mission, you won’t be able to enter the battlefield. An error message will pop up, blocking your way in.
  • After entering the battlefield, the four Alliances will be randomly assigned to different spawn zones. Players in the spawn zones cannot be scouted, attacked, or rallied. Each spawn zone has a fixed color, starting from the top-left corner and clockwise: Blue (Shadow Watchers), Green (Crimson Scars), Orange (Twilight Mercs), and Red (Blaze Fist).
  • You won’t be able to use any marching speed-up items from the original server (including base skins’ marching speed-up skills). However, the marching speed-up skills equipped by your heroes will still work. Plus, you can take advantage of exclusive marching speed-up items specially designed for the Titan Canyon event. You can obtain these items by accumulating skill charges.
  • Once you enter the battlefield, you’ll immediately receive 2 teleport opportunities. After that, you’ll get an additional teleport opportunity every 5 minutes. You can use these opportunities to teleport your base near occupied buildings or within your Alliance’s spawn zone. There’s no need to recall your troops from outside garrisons when teleporting, but remember, you can’t teleport if you have troops marching elsewhere. You can accumulate teleport opportunities, but they will be reset after the event ends.
  • In all battles that take place in the Titan Canyon, only wounded units will be injured (you’ll need gems or repair speed-up items to heal them). No units will be destroyed. The field repair skill of Wade and Lancaster’s exclusive skill won’t work in this area. If you choose to leave the battlefield, there will be a 1-minute cooldown before you can re-enter. However, it’s important to note that leaving the battlefield will not have any impact on your units, even if there are unhealed units remaining.

Facilities and Others

  • Hover Station: Opens 20 minutes after entry. It’s similar to the Ark event in Eternal Lands. Multiple battles will take place once it opens, with a preparation stage and a battle stage. You’ll need to deploy troops to participate in battles before the battle stage begins. This is a neutral building where you can earn individual points by defeating rivals, but it cannot be occupied.
  • Teleport Gateway: Opens 15 minutes after entry. Once successfully activated, it increases the accumulation speed of teleport opportunities. The first Alliance to capture it gets 200 points for the Alliance and 200 points for the individual. Holding it grants 100 points per minute for the Alliance and 100 points per minute for the individual. It’s a beneficial facility that is contested based on the battle situation.
  • Nexus Hub: Opens 15 minutes after entry. Once successfully activated, it speeds up the occupation of facilities. The first Alliance to capture it gets 200 points for the Alliance and 200 points for the individual. Holding it grants 100 points per minute for the Alliance and 100 points per minute for the individual. It’s a beneficial facility that is contested based on the battle situation.
  • Tech Trial Site: Opens 5 minutes after entry. When activated, it provides fewer camp points. The first Alliance to capture it gets 100 points for the alliance and 100 points for the individual. Holding it grants 50 points per minute for the Alliance and 50 points per minute for the individual. Each Alliance has 3 of these facilities, and they are hotspots for battles.
  • Discarded Repository: Opens 5 minutes after entry. When activated, it provides more camp points. The first Alliance to capture it gets 200 points for the Alliance and 200 points for the individual. Holding it grants 100 points per minute for the Alliance and 100 points per minute for the individual. It is a hotspot for battles.

Note: The Crystal Cluster Lab refers to the particle mines that spawn. All players can gather them to earn points.

When a facility (Tech Trial Site/Discarded Repository/Nexus Hub/Teleport Gateway) undergoes a change in ownership, the ground near the facility will randomly drop bounty points. By deploying troops to collect these rewards, commanders can earn points (without utilizing actual queues or troops).

Successfully capturing the other four types of facilities (the Hover Station is excluded) and the Particle Mine will grant additional amounts of Skill Energy. When the Energy progress bar reaches 100, commanders can obtain random items such as Electro Missile, March Speed-up, Corrosive Mucus, and Super magnetic field.

Score Calculation

Camp score can be divided into the following: Occupying Facilities (initial capture score + continuous occupation score), Participating in Hover Station Battles (earning points based on Alliance ranking), Gathering Resources (collecting resources from mining points on the battlefield), Bounty Points (When a facility is captured by another camp, bounty points will drop on the ground. Commanders can collect them to earn alliance points.)

The individual score can be divided into the following: Occupying Facilities (initial capture score + continuous occupation score per minute), Participating in Hover Station Battles (earning individual points by defeating opponents), Gathering Resources (collecting resources from mining points on the battlefield), Bounty Points, and Kills (earning points for each unit killed on the battlefield).

Q&A

The entire event, from entering to the end, lasts for 1 hour.

Do we need to manually claim all rewards (alliance rewards, score rewards, and ranking rewards) during the reward stage?

The rewards will be sent via mail.

Do the Valhalla units require resources for repairs, or do they only require Gems or repair speed-up items for an instant repair?

Repairing units that are damaged in the Titan Canyon event only requires Gems or repair speed-up items.

After exiting the event, will I return to my original server and location?

Upon returning to the original server, there may be changes to your location. This will be considered for optimization in future updates.

Gameplay Tips

Within the Battlefield

  • Items that may add to your inventory such as Lucky Gem Bags, Formation Choice Chest etc. cannot be used whilst battling. Items can only be reduced, not increased.
  • Gems itself are special items and can be used from the inventory.
  • No purchasing actions are permitted on the battlefield, including the purchase of gems.
  • Unable to leave the battlefield after entering.
  • The mail function has restrictions, for example, claiming rewards and deleting mails not be available in the battlefield. Reading mails and scouting are allowed.
  • After completing a battle and exiting the battlefield, please be aware that you may wait a little while for your data synchronization.
  • All buffs, including the March Queue+1 owned by the leader, granted by capital official positions are not effective temporarily on the battlefield.

Status You Bring to the Battlefield

From matching up completed to 1 hour before the battle starts, commanders have the option to manually save their current status as a battle-ready status (Sync CD: 1 hour).

  • The current status includes but is not limited to installed components, equipped hero Titan Gear, active decors, and hero skills. Commanders are strongly advised to carefully match the status they intend to bring onto the battlefield before proceeding to click save.
  • Alliance related data will be auto saved 30 minutes prior to the battle for each signed up squad. This data includes alliance related buffs such as the alliance badge, alliance tech, and alliance appointment.

For instance, members of the alliance take turns to be a certain official position and manually save their attributes, but alliance related info has nothing to do with this manual saving, it is solely based on who the buffs are on when the system is turned on to save 30 minutes before the battle.

  • If you fail to manually save your status 1 hour before the battle, the system will initiate an automatic saving process 30 mins prior to entering the battlefield. However, this may result in your status being auto-saved while you are switching sets and etc. So it is highly recommended that you manually save your status early to ensure your desired combat power on the battlefield.

Additional Tips

  • If a skill with a time limit is used in advance and then synchronization record status is clicked, the end time of the status will be recorded. Therefore, it is not recommended for players to activate time sensitive skills in advance, such as base skin skills, Villiers skills, Fanatic Paint, Natural Paint, Tough Paint etc..
  • At 18:00, a player uses the base skin skill once (ending at 18:10) and clicked the synchronization. When he/she enters the battlefield at 18:30, this status is invalid because it ended at 18:10.
  • We suggest players to activate skills and potions as needed after entering the battlefield.
