Why didn’t I receive Guild Experience after donating to the Guild?

The guild can only gain a maximum amount of experience each day, the maximum being the number of members times 200.

Why was the Guild War skipped?

Guild War occur on weeks 1, 3, and 5. Only guilds with a level of 3 or higher and more than 5 players logged in within the last 7 days can participate in the matchmaking.

Why did the skill stats not change after upgrading a hero?

Skill stats do not always change with each upgrade. Upgrading will enhance the hero’s base attributes (like attack and health), which can indirectly increase skill damage. Skills have two dimensions: the Roman numerals indicates quality (increases upon promotion) and significantly impacts value and effects, while the Arabic numerals indicates level (increases with star upgrades) and has a smaller impact on value.

Is purchasing the Mainline Battle Pass and Territory Battle Pass unlocking all stages?

The Mainline Battle Pass and Territory Battle Pass are purchased by stages; buying the first stage only unlocks that stage.

Why can’t hero fragments be disassembled?

Mythical and Legendary hero fragments cannot be disassembled.

How to set heroes to manually use skills?

Go to the Outer City – Formation on the right – and adjust the hero skills to automatic/manual as needed.

How will I get the 777 draws I saw on the ads?

The 777 draws can be obtained from an event unlocked after completing main stage 20.

Where are my pre-register rewards?

The pre-registration rewards can be claimed in the mailbox after stage 6.

When is the game reset time?

Can Wish Scrolls be saved to the next wish summon event?

Yes they can! The pity of the banner (Times of draws needed before the guaranteed UR) will be shared across the events as well! The Wish coins can not be saved, they will be converted into gold after each event.

Can the Summon Scrolls for limited banner be saved to the next? (i.e. Veteraness scrolls from Mulan Event)

No unfortunately they cannot be saved, they will be converted to gems after the event ends, so be sure to use them in time!

How to break through Hero Level 240?

When the resonance level reaches 240, the resonance crystal will absorb the energy of the charged heroes. The resonance level will no longer decrease, and the 9 charged heroes will revert to level 1 while enjoying the effects of the crystal level increase. This also unlocks the resonance breakthrough feature.

When are the rewards for the Otherworld issued?

Rewards are issued when the Otherworld Lord resets. Based on the damage ranking done to the Otherworld Lord.

How to turn gear into exclusive gear?

After clearing Stage 600, go to the Blacksmith – Gear to access the refining function. Refining the gear will make it exclusive.

Where is the arena?

What should I do if my account is lost?

If you were using the guest login, please ensure that you use the same device and platform to log in again. For other login methods, make sure to use the same account. Devs recommend binding your account to prevent any potential loss. If you are unable to do this, please contact customer service and verify your identity to recover your account.

How to bind my account?

A gentle reminder to all you heroes not to forget this important step! The game offers various login methods: Guest, Google, Facebook, etc. Don’t let your account end up as a “Guest”! Remember, forgetting this can cause difficulties!

Don’t let your account remain “Guest-only”; upgrade now and let’s showcase our skills together in “Wacky Squad”! Once the binding is successful, you can log in easily and joyfully in the future!

How do I claim the gift codes?

To redeem the gift codes, log into the game, click your icon on the top-left side of your screen, then go into settings, here you can enter the gift code and claim your reward!

How to change the password?

Click on the controller icon on the edge of your screen, then go to “User” . Here you can change password with your original password or email address bound.

What are the login methods for the game?

For iOS users you can log in by: Facebook, Apple ID, Guest login and sign up using an email. For Android users: Facebook, Google Play account, Guest login and email accounts are available.

Want to bind your guest account?

After opening the game, click the controller icon on the edge of the screen, click [Add in], and choose a binding method. You can then log in to the game using the account you’ve bound.

What should I do if I forget my game account and password?

Please contact customer service and devs will help you retrieve your account and reset your password. You need to provide the following details:

1. Character name and server.
2. Your payment history of the game.
3. Customer service staff will quickly process and respond to you after receiving it.

Note: For players who haven’t topped up, please provide your data when creating the character.

General Tips

• In the game, the science center mainly benefits players in three areas: Development, Hero, and Fortification technology. For early battles, we recommend prioritizing the hero branch! This will significantly boost your heroes’ damage, energy recovery, and critical hit rate, making your progress much smoother!
• When choosing branch routes, upgrade the science center for hero energy recovery and damage first. Once those are maxed out, then consider investing in fortification science. This strategy will give you a significant advantage in battles!
• Science point resets are free! After completing a day’s battles and before you go to sleep, you can reset the points allocated to hero or fortification and invest them in development instead. When you wake up, the income from your gold mines, lumber mines, and iron mines will significantly increase – it’s a win-win!
• Finally, regarding fortification, we recommend upgrading it after maxing out hero. In the early stages, it’s not advisable to invest science points in archers and defensive towers. Wait until your level increases and you have more science points before considering enhancements!
