To change your nickname you need an item (Rename book). You can buy it in the store (Four Seasons -> Shop -> Best -> Rename Book) . Go to the settings and click on the brush near your nicknameto change it.

Go to settings, use the “Change Sect” button, fulfill all conditions.
Can I change my character’s appearance?
Go to “Exterior->Makeup->Face” tab and choose new face for your character.
Is there an auto mode for battles?
Yes, it is available from level 14.
Can I delete a character?
Yes, you can delete your character on the character selection page.

In the bottom left corner select Settings->Contact Customer Service. Use the method that is convenient for you.
What is the best sect to play for?
Choose the Sect that you find more interesting. All Sects have unique skills and their own peculiarities. You can go through the initial quest with different characters, or you can search for information on the forum. where there are detailed descriptions of all the Sects.
I can’t log in the game, what should I do?

What is the maximum number of players in a team?
The team is usually limited to 5 players, but in some events you can form a team of 10 players.
How can I get skins?
