Windblown – Easy Echo Build Guide

Its probably easiest and most effective build to obtain, plus you will have little to no issues with most of enemy attacks.

Guide to Echo Build

By Moturnach

Weapons

  • Ravenblade.
  • Ninja Stars.

The most important weapon here is Ravenblade, specifically its hold attack. If you want to deal damage, avoid damage or just use dash, all these can be covered by Ravenblade Hold attack. Its main advantage is its long animation, and there is only few enemies that can counter it like hand slap bot in second biome.

Also, Ninja Stars is very good weapon for long distance, plus since it always does crits at right conditions, you can essentially just shot from afar for chunk of crits.

Trinkets

  • Preferably Bomb.
  • Grenade.

But any offensive trinkets will do. Grenade is useful as ranged solution + so far its only truly spammable trinket that works without any specific Trinket Gifts/Boosts, and it works like a occasional ranged attack, which is cool option when you cant use Ninja Stars.

Bomb is a tiny bit trickier to use. Initiate hold attack and follow up with bomb right after character will land.

Gifts

  • Echo.
  • Echo Criticals.
  • Spreading Echo.

Originally i used just three, fourth is either Necromancy for even better sustainability, or Echo Afterimage for even better damage.

Thats literally the reason why this build works. Ravenblade hold attack, Ninja Stars combo attack and Grenade/Bomb trinket is all heavy damage hitters with low amount of hits, which means Echo effectively double their damage, plus you rarely will waste Echo which results in very effective build overall, so its gets you covered both defensively and offensively.

Boosts

Obviously Crit damage. Hold attack of Ravenblade deals Crit by itself, as well as Ninja Stars is always crits at right range, which is very convenient to use. Too bad it doesn’t have own hold attack, but you are entirely covered just by Ravenblades one.
