Windblown – Super Budget Hitless Guide

Short Guide on Super Budget Hitless

By Saltydayn

Able to beat the game entirely hitless because of some weirdly long immunity window or something.

Just did hitless runs on sunny and cloudy.

On cloudy some enemies tend to survive odd number of hits so it’s not as clean if you don’t get enough crit upgrades, etc.

Damage is absurd, managed to hit for like 2k+ total in one combo.

Basically just attack with Fish Knife, then alterattack, repeat:

  • I prefer to grab crit dmg upgrades, as basically all attacks are crits; atkspd is neat but not needed if you get the right fish knife lvl3+.
  • Getting some burn on attack or the burn trinket can help frontload damage especially for later stages but it’s not a dps increase.
  • Isolated target, no nearby enemies, dmg vs bosses, etc. are great picks and help eliminate enemies faster, because you can just dodge everything with the alter attack combo.
  • If possible, grab atkspd up/dmg down fish knife and/or dmg up or dmg against burn Sirocco as viable upgrades.
  • Burn dmg related gifts are somewhat of a bait; they do give nice dps, but not great frontloaded/hit dps and makes it harder to stun bc of missing raw dmg gifts.

Funfact

Beat the game in my very first run & it’s actually easier to play with less unlocks, so a new profile with very selected upgrades might actually make this build even better!
