Find Camellya in the Black Shores and talk to her.

How-To

First of all, you need to complete the mission “Forking Paths Among the Stars.”
Then, go to the location of the last scene of the mission and set the in-game to 6:00 am.
And then you will find Camellya and have a short conversation with her.
After the conversation, you will finish the hidden achievement.
