• Train Mutation (After Finishing 3rd Enclosure Go back to hub and then go to 4th enclosure immediately).
• Toilet Mutation (Don’t open Lab with hand and go back after 3rd enclosure and talk to Sarah).
• AFK Ending (Wait in NDA).

Most likely some are wrong though what differences make a different endings is very hard.
