So you can get 1 knowledge every 10 minutes if you prioritize trading 2x carrots + 2x plates.

I think its better to sort of combo bounties by including the beef one.

The refresh timer on the board is relatively short, so its kind of possible to simplify your routes by grabbing 2 copies of the same bounty. For example, I was doing the below primarily:

Tp to market.
Grab jobs. Prioritize plates + carrots, then the beef one.
Go buy the beef.
Go back to the bounty board and pickup carrots + plates again.
Grab ribs.
Deliver carrot/plate.
Tp back to the market, grab jobs again and deliver the ribs as you exit the market area for another run.

If you get unlikely try doubling ribs or beef. When you go out to buy ribs as a standalone trade item, buy 18 instead of 12 to gamble for another rib bounty when you tp back.

Also I’ve been enjoying merchant + leather combo

Every time I go to sell leather, stop by merchant guild to grab carrot/plates.
When I accumulate 4 carrots I do a run.
