Whisperer Guide (PVE)
Ву XLB_JP70.
- Damage calculations use proven formulas and actual data
- Survivability is not factored into general calculations
- Requirements: Equipment Mythic +4, Mount Artifact time effect completed, Passive maxed to Legend IV, Hero Brand Mythic +0. Please adjust if your equipment differs
Skills
Throw daggers from the critical hits of normal/combo attack/counterattack/rage attack, activating Dagger Healing, Dagger Lightning, Dagger Rage, dealing damage while recovering and reducing rage with Shock Discharge.
Damage Ratio
One example, varies slightly depending on skill selection:
- Dagger: 32%
- Lightning: 37% (including Artifacts)
- Flame Wave: 17% (including additional damage)
- Miscellaneous. Normal attacks total about 4%
Pros
- Very high damage.
- The additional effect of the daggers allows you to play both offensively and defensively.
Cons
- Really long battle times.
- Requires many skills which may be difficult to get before the first boss.
Weapons
- Whisperer: Requires Mythic+4 to ensure sufficient weapon critical rate.
Rings
- Judgment: Skill damage accounts for over 70% of total damage, so it’s essential. Equipping two of them is ineffective.
- Skyflame: Has synergy with the brand described below, and is a secondary damage source.
- Guardian: Only use if survivability is extremely low.
Accessories
- Bloody Grail: The strongest accessory that you should equip two of if possible.
- Reckoning Badge: A skill-only accessory that only works in the latter half of the battle, slightly inferior to the Holy Grail. Replace one only if you have a 5-star treasure.
- Glory Proof: Only use if you absolutely need damage reduction.
Inheritance
- Doll: Also comes with skill damage ratio, CC ignore reduction etc.
- Scout: Only use if your weapon critical rate is too low to throw daggers sufficiently.
Heroes
- Knight of The End: Essentially a Revival Cape, and can only be removed if you are absolutely sure you will not receive high damage.
- Crybaby, Ghost Pricess: Chance of stun once every 2 turns, skill damage increase is nice. Bonus of overall HP%.
- Judgement Reaper: Among all of the heroes, Reaper can deal 2-5 times more damage than others.
- Scout: Damage increase from increased critical damage is large.
Brands
- Stone Guardian: The recovery amount is essentially Dragon Breath, and the mythic effect increases total damage by 10% almost permanently, so unlike Knight of The End there is no need to remove it.
- Wild Vulture: The increase in the number of consecutive attacks will result in more daggers, and it also has an effect of increasing the attack power using Combo Mastery.
- Sharp Rogue: To throw more daggers combined with Skyflame for a decent amount of damage.
- Harpy: Increases the appearance rate of lightning skills and also increases overall lightning damage.
- Bone Club Golem: The 40% increase in critical damage is useful.
Mount
- Diego: Functions the same as Wild Vulture and also increases the rate of consecutive attacks.
Artifact
- Spear of Thor: Additional lightning damage and increased skill damage. With Whisperer, it’s easy to activate it several times per turn.
Pets
- Ice Queen: Reduces attack, increase damage, freeze, give me a reason not to bring it.
- Freya: You need more skills to increase the damage as follows.
- Slime King: More counterattack/combo opportunities resulting in more daggers triggered, and the combo rate is increased combined with Combo Mastery.
- Unicorn: Use only if you can’t guarantee the critical hit rate of your basic attacks.
Skill Recommendation & Damage Increase Ratio
- Combo Mastery – 189%
- Combo Dagger – 132%
- Dagger Rage – 122%
- Dagger Lightning – 79%
- Combo Spirit – 41%
- Multiple Bolt – 39%
Low damage increase but practical: Dagger Healing, Shrink Spell.
Skysplitter Guide (PVE)
- Damage ratios are based on calculations from damage formulas and equipment skill data simulations. Please notify me of any discrepancies.
- Survivability is largely ignored, with occasional mentions where relevant.
- Simulation parameters: Equipment at Mythic +4, Mount and Artifact passive effects fully activated, Inheritance Level IV passives maximized, Heroes and Brands at Mythic +0. Please adjust based on your available resources.
Output
- Basic attack combos trigger Skysplitter, Combo Mastery, Recovery Sword Chi, Shrink Spell, Ice Spike, Bolt, Shield, Life Steal.
- Other triggers include Recovery SwordChi, Shock Discharge and Frostbite.
Damage Ratios
These are examples; ratios may vary based on skill selection.
- Sword Chi: 70% (including Artifact effects).
- Fixed Sword Chi Damage: 10%
- Combos: 6%
- Miscellaneous skills.
Pros
- Extremely high damage, combining offense and defense.
- Fewer mandatory skills compared to other weapons, making it easy to assemble a build for quick deployment.
Cons
- Damage, survivability, and utility heavily rely on combo frequency.
Weapon
- Skysplitter: Requires Mythic +4 to ensure consistent combo rate.
Rings
- Judgment: Sword Chi damage counts as skill damage; there’s no reason not to use this. Carrying two is redundant.
- Skyflame: Other ring effects are generally subpar. This ring is decent if you pick the Flame Wave skill.
- Guardian: Survivability is not considered, as mentioned earlier.
Accessories
- Bloody Grail: Use two if resources allow. Its overall bonus is broader than Judgment but less impactful percentage-wise. Consider replacing one later for synergy with Equipment Treasure.
- Reckoning Badge: A skill damage-focused accessory for late-game effectiveness. Average bonus: 77% (actually lower in practice). Can replace one Bloody Grail when considering Equipment Treasure synergy.
- Glory Proof: Only bring this if damage reduction is insufficient.
Inheritance
- Doll: Provides increased skill damage/crit damage along with control immunity.
- Bonelet: If your combo rate is so low that you only get one combo per turn.
Inheritance Support
- Scout: Reduces enemy crit resistance = increases crit damage. Crit damage is always valuable, though rare cases might lead to diminishing returns.
Heroes
- Knight of The End: The true Revival Cape. Essential against all but immortal bosses such as Seal Battle.
- Crybaby and Ghost Pricess: 2-turn 1-time stun probability, with added skill damage and global HP%.
- Judgement Reaper: Extremely high damage (even though hero damage ratios aren’t high). While the Scythe of the Reaper no longer triggers skills activated by basic attacks, Skysplitter’s high combo rate ensures three scythe strikes per turn.
- Undead Pirate: Adds 0.5 combos per turn on average = more Sword Chi. However, the relative value decreases due to the availability of other combo-boosting methods.
Brands
- Wild Vulture (Essential): Combos generate more Sword Chi and enhance Combo Mastery.
- Stone Guardian (Essential): The true Dragon Breath. The Mythic skill is equivalent to a nearly constant 10% global damage boost. Unlike Knight of The End, it doesn’t need to be removed.
- Pirate Swordsman (Essential): Provides even more Sword Chi along with a 10% global Sword Chi damage increase.
- Phantom Assassin (Optional): Increases global physical damage, which boosts Sword Chi output.
- Harpy (Optional): Increases the occurrence of lightning-based skills.
- Bone Club Golem (Optional): Offers a straightforward 40% critical damage bonus.
Mount
- Diego: Similar to Wild Vulture, but with an even higher combo rate, leading to more Sword Chi and additional attack boosts.
Artifacts
- Heaven Mark: Greatly increases Sword Chi damage, making it the best choice. With this, even lifestealing vampires won’t stand a chance.
- Demonic Eye: If Heaven’s Mark is unavailable, this serves as an alternative.
Pets
- Ice Queen: Reduces enemy attack, boosts damage, and freezes targets. There’s no good reason to skip it.
- Freya: More skill Crit rate and skill damage.
- Unicorn: Helps to boost the critical hit rate.
- Slime King: Use only if your combo rate is too low to reliably generate Sword Chi. If combo rate is sufficient, even with Arcana, Unicorn is a better choice.
Recommended Skills & Damage Amplification Ratios
- Combo Mastery: +129%
- Super Sword Chi: +37%
- Crit Mastery: +36%
- Combo Spirit: +21%
Low damage but practical skills:
- Shrink Spell.
- Recovery Sword Chi.
- Ice Spike.
- Frostbite.
